How it works
Step 1 (Battery Jump-Start)

Confirm vehicle won’t start (check dashboard lights, starter sound) Check battery terminals for corrosion or looseness Confirm correct battery type and voltage (12V for most cars)
Step 2 (Battery Jump-Start)

Safely connect jumper cables or jump starter pack: 🔴 Red to positive (+), ⚫ Black to negative (– or ground) Start the donor vehicle or activate the starter pack Attempt to start the dead vehicle (usually starts within 30–60 seconds) Let the engine run for 5–10 minutes to charge the battery
Step 3 (Battery Jump-Start)

Safely disconnect cables in reverse order Check if the alternator is charging (dashboard battery light off) Recommend battery replacement if weak or not charging Clean terminal heads if needed Ask the customer to keep the engine running for 20+ minutes
