Terms of Service
For No.1 Service Customer App
Effective Date: 01 Feb 2025
These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") are entered into by and between No.1 Service ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") and the customer ("Customer," "you," or "your") and govern the use of the No.1 Service app and all air conditioner servicing provided through it. By using our services, you agree to be legally bound by the terms of this Agreement. Please read carefully.
1. Scope of Services
- 1.1No.1 Service provides air conditioning maintenance, repair, installation, and related services ("Services") through the No.1 Service app.
- 1.2All services are performed by qualified technicians as per applicable industry standards and regulations.
- 1.3The scope and limitations of the Services will be detailed in the service description provided at the time of booking.
2. Eligibility
- 2.1You must be at least 18 years old to register for or use the No.1 Service app.
- 2.2By using the app, you confirm that the information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
3. Account and Access
- 3.1You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- 3.2You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
- 3.3We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of this Agreement or misuse of the app.
4. Booking and Scheduling
- 4.1All bookings must be made through the No.1 Service app.
- 4.2Bookings are subject to confirmation, and any changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
- 4.3If our technicians are delayed, we will notify you promptly and reschedule the service as necessary.
5. Fees and Payment
- 5.1Service fees, including any applicable taxes, will be displayed in the app before booking.
- 5.2Payment is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- 5.3Accepted payment methods include Cash, KBZPay, and WavePay.
- 5.4Invoices and receipts will be provided electronically.
6. Customer Obligations
- 6.1You agree to provide a safe, accessible environment for our technicians to perform the Services.
- 6.2You must disclose any known issues, prior repairs, or special requirements for your air conditioning system at the time of booking.
- 6.3You shall comply with all instructions provided by our technicians during and after the service.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
- 7.1Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the appointment.
- 7.2Cancellation fees will be charged if you cancel after the specified time period.
- 7.3Refund requests for unsatisfactory services must be submitted within one week. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
8. Warranties and Limitations
- 8.1We offer a 1-month warranty on labor and parts for the services provided.
- 8.2The warranty does not cover:
- Damages caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized alterations.
- External factors, including natural disasters or power surges.
- 8.3Our liability is limited to the cost of the Services provided and excludes indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Force Majeure
- 9.1We are not liable for delays or failures to perform Services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, or technical failures.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
- 10.1We will collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- 10.2By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
11. Dispute Resolution
- 11.1Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved amicably by both parties.
12. Amendments to Terms
- 12.1We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the app or email.
- 12.2Continued use of the app and Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- 13.1This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Myanmar.
- 13.2Any legal proceedings arising out of this Agreement shall be brought in the courts of Myanmar.
