How it works
Step 1 (Generator)

Repair Check if the generator powers on Inspect for fuel issues, oil level, and battery Test the output voltage and abnormal sounds Identify fault source (e.g., wiring, AVR, starter, fuse, spark plug)
Step 2 (Generator)

Repair Fix or adjust faulty parts (e.g., wiring, plug, switch, capacitor, battery cable) Clean the carburetor, air filter, or spark plug if needed Test and reset the control panel or AVR Ensure all connections are safe and correct Servicing Drain old engine oil completely Clean or replace the air filter and fuel filter Clean the spark plug or replace it if heavily worn Refill with new engine oil (standard mineral oil) Wipe and clean external surfaces (fan, fuel tank, exhaust)
Step 3 (Generator)

Start the generator and test the voltage output Observe for noise, overheating, or vibrations Check if the customer load (fan, light, etc.) runs normally Inform the customer about what was fixed & suggest further servicing if needed
