How it works
Step 1 (Washing Machine)
Servicing The technician checks the power, spin function, water flow, drum movement, and the control panel to ensure that all functions are normal. Repair The technician checks for issues such as no power, not spinning, water not draining, leaks, or unusual noises.
Step 2 (Washing Machine)
Servicing Cleans lint filter, detergent drawer, drum, and outer body, and checks for minor blockages or dirt buildup. This is a cleaning & maintenance service, not a repair. If you need any repair or part replacement, the technician will let you know before proceeding. Repair Fixes minor problems such as loose wiring, drain pump blockage, sensor reset, or drum alignment (🔸 No spare parts included). If parts like the drain motor, PCB board, or inlet valve need replacing, the technician will inform you in advance.
Step 3 (Washing Machine)
Runs a short wash/spin cycle to confirm smooth operation and explains the service result to the customer.
