How it works
Step 1 (Air Con)
Repair Check the power supply, the remote control, and the display panel. Observe unit operation: airflow, noise, compressor click.
Step 2 (Air Con)
Repair Tighten loose wires, clean or replace filters. Reset or replace faulty parts, such as the capacitor, thermostat, or printed circuit board (PCB). For water issues, clear the drainage pipe or tray.
Step 3 (Air Con)
Test the AC again to confirm it’s cooling and running properly. Explain the work done and give tips for future use. Ask for customer approval and update the job in the app.
